According to OUAT, The back story of Cruella De Vils evilness is that she was born to a very unfair and bitter mother who always locked her inside, very similar to Cinderella. Whenever she was able to escape, her mother sent out 2 vicious Dalmatians to attack and track her down. One day, she gained a magical power that allows her to control the mind of animals. So when she got old enough, she turned her own 2 Dalmatians against her mother to kill her, and then Cruella skinned the dogs into a coat afterward. Her lover found out about Cruellas evilness and threw black ink in Cruellas face but it did not harm her. It ended up turning her blonde hair, black and white.and Cruella lived Evil-y Ever After.\r
